What do you noticed about the colors café, azul, and gris? Well, these colors as well verde do not change with gender. The color rosa you can use with any gender, but sometimes you can say rosado for masculine.

El flamingo es rosa o el flamingo es rosado.

Rosado also mean rash. El bebé está rosado. (The baby has a rash.)
